Angelina Jolie is followed by the paparazzi wherever she goes… and whatever she does is ‘news’ (no wonder I find myself writing this and you… reading this ) So all she has to do is to go to a particular place and people will be aware of it.

Angie, making no delay to step into her role as a UN Goodwill Ambassador, landed in Sudan, Africa to monitor and raise awareness of the humanitarian crisis in the Darfur region.  So as long as she poses for pictures and gives sound bites here and there… the paparazzi will be more than glad to follow her anywhere she goes… even on the moon!

It is reported that she had to touch down in  N’Djamena in neighboring Chad because she cannot travel into Darfur itself, due to the violent conditions there. She is expected to remain in the region for a few days, in her first trip there since 2004. She is due to visit refugee camps near the border of Sudan.

Hail mother earth! Keep up the good work!

As the creme de la creme of Hollywood glittered at the Oscars… surprisingly Hollywood’s Best looking couple could not be seen anywhere at the red carpet.

It has been reported that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie decided not to attend the Oscars, settling instead for some quality time with their kids, before Jolie jetted off to Africa to monitor the crisis in Darfur in her official capacity as a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nation’s refugee agency.

Well… Brangelina might not have missed much when they let go the Oscar party for their kids… but we certainly missed those piercing looks that Angie gives Brad to keep him under control

Mother Earth Angelina Jolie will get to add something new to her resume ( which didn’t really have much apart from dozen’s of polls that named her ’sexy’ and ‘desirable’).

The exclusive, Manhattan-based foreign-policy group has decided to admit actress Angelina Jolie, a U.N. goodwill ambassador who has taken more than 30 trips worldwide to advocate for refugees, AIDS orphans and disaster victims.

On Friday night, the council’s membership accepted Jolie’s nomination — meaning she will soon be rubbing elbows with other club members such as Dick Cheney, Condoleezza Rice, Henry Kissinger, Colin Powell and Alan Greenspan.

The group requires no academic credentials but looks for members who take part in world affairs. Looks like the prestigious Council on Foreign Relations is about to get a jolt of sex appeal

I am rather surprised but Mother Earth Angelina Jolie has been named as the sexiest individual in history, after beating some of the world’s most famous sex symbols, from Steve McQueen to Sophia Loren, in the top 100.

Even Brad Pitt has made it to the top ten, but is four places below his girlfriend. Jolie’s arch-rival and Brad Pitt’s ex-wife Jennifer Aniston is fifth i.e only a place below Brad Pitt.

The second sexiest individual in History is said to be the hip-gyrating Elvis Presley, even 30 years after his death.

Marriage doesn’t seem to be on the cards for Angelina Jolie as of now but she is considering adoption again… As if three kids were any less for Brad Pitt to sit.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have filed paperwork to adopt a baby boy from in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The couple have filed papers with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration services to adopt a boy from the Tam Binh orphanage in Ho Chi Minh City, which they visited in November, a source in Vietnam told US Weekly.

I thought she would have adopted a kid from India or Sri Lanka so that she could at new race to her global family. A child from Vietnam would bear too much similarity with her son Maddox, in terms of resemblance.

Leaving that apart… How does Jolie think she can manage with four young kids… agreed that Pitt sits them but mercy babe… sitting four kids and their mom isn’t easy for Brad… he’ll be smothered!

Angelina Jolie was so shocked when she saw the raunchy love scenes that she shot with co-star Matt Damon in her movie The Good Shepherd, that she literally denied doing them!

Matt Damon plays a character who tricks her lover played by Jolie into getting her pregnant.

Jolie said, “I had trouble shooting it. I’m so against that kind of behavior. It actually turned out great because we’re friends. I don’t know if I could have done that with anybody else.”

I think Angie need not worry… coz if she looks back she will realize that she has become more prudish as her career progressed. Remember Original Sin where she romped naked in several scenes with Antonio Banderas!

It has been claimed that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, the most sought after couple in Hollywood… are seeing a relationship counsellor these days to help them work through their problems.

A source told a British magazine, “This year is crux time. They have to reach a decision on what they expect from each other - and fast. Angelina has to realize Brad needs stability and Brad has to come to terms with her driving ambition as a world ambassador… Brad’s family are blown away marriage didn’t happen a long time ago. But Angelina doesn’t want to put down roots and turn into a ‘homemaker’… Her late mother had a lot to do with Angelina’s decision to have counseling. Marcheline made her realize it wouldn’t be such a bad idea to give marriage a go.”

But Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have very serious ideological problems… that they are ready to let go for the sake of their three children… Maddox, Zahar and Shiloh

“They have had some serious disagreements but Brad and Angelina agree that they don’t want to make any more mistakes, particularly now there are three precious little lives involved. This wasn’t the case in their previous marriages. The stakes are much higher than when they were childless,” the source added.

Looks like Brad Pitt is literally ’sick’ of playing a goody good boyfriend of the super sexy siren Angelina Jolie. The woman seems to be giving him a tough time ever since their daughter Shiloh was born. An insider was quoted as saying by a source,

“Angie’s tantrums are just wearing off Brad… plus taking care of the kids is a bit too much for Brad.”

Apparently, Hollywood’s most sought-after couple had a terrible fight recently when Angelina called their daughter Shiloh Nouvel a ‘BLOB’ in an interview with a magazine. Now thats exactly when Brad’s temper exploded and he yelled back at Angie saying that if that’s how she really feels, she needs counseling!

Angie, who is a first-time mother of her own biological kid… is finding it difficult to deal with Shiloh. She freaks out when Shiloh cries and she cant make out why. Jolie revealed in an interview that she finds it easier to relate to her adopted children Maddox and Zahara because they were older and already had personalities.

This is what happens when colleagues-cum-friends become mouthpieces and announce stuff like marriage and engagement on their friend’s behalf… he have seen Akon be slammed by Eminem for announcing Eminem’s engagement and its Matt Damon’s turn now.

I wonder what went wrong with Matt Damon that he went ahead and announced Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s wedding, when it still seems to be a controversial topic between both of them.

Damon said, “Brad and Angie will get married by the end of 2007. They’re not going to spend the rest of their lives like this. It will happen naturally, something organic and unplanned.”

So before Pitt could get kicked on his ass by girlfriend Angie, Pitt confronted Matt and denied any plans of getting married as of now.

She turns into devil with her eyes fuming red whenever Brad is associated with ex-wife Jennifer Aniston or when someone mentions of her. She is sometimes so insecure of the fact that she actually stole Pitt from Aniston that she gets uneasy at anything that has to do with Aniston reveal sources.

Surprisingly, such a woman is said to still be good friends with her ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton even though their marriage crashed nearly as quickly as it began.

Billy Bob claims that he and his ex-wife are still very much in contact with each other. He fondly says,

“Angie and I talk all the time,” Billy Bob says. “We try to keep in touch every day. We’ve always been friends and there will always be a spot in my heart for her.” In fact, Billy Bob often finds himself in the odd position of having to defend his ex-wife. “It always ticks me off when people talk bad about Angie.”

And Brad so far doesnt seem to have any issues about that… But Jolie I think doesn’t trust Brad… Somewhere at the back of her mind she knows that when Brad can leave his wife of so many years for Jolie, he can leave her as well for someone else. And she surely doesn’t underestimate the emotional bonding between Aniston and Pitt in a marriage of almost a decade

According to a weekly entertainment magazine Jolie is not happy about Brad’s surfing habits. Especially after she caught her boyfriend checking out his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston on the net. Though there are many of Jennifer Aniston’s nude photos (from the movie Break-Up) going around on the net, but Brad was more interested to see how great she looked after her nose job.

A report said, “Brad was caught totally off guard,” a friend told the mag. “After Jen had her nose fixed, Brad wanted to see how great she looked,” the source claimed.

A source reveals that Jolie, who would have been very obviously furious, literally came up behind Brad and caught him checking out his ex online. But Brad quickly reassured Angie.

“He told her she’s the one he loves, and he wants to be with her and the kids,” the source dished.

Brad Pitt is a wierd man who is caught up in his own choices… perhaps because of the dog that he has become at Jolie’s he misses the life he spent with Jen. That’s why we seem him still bothered about Jen and what she looks like after the nose job.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s roles in the hit movie Mr & Mrs Smith are being adapted for television.

Kiwi actor Martin Henderson is leading the race to land Pitt’s Mr Smith role, opposite Fast & The Furious star Jordana Brewster, in a new TV series based on the hit movie.

In the 2005 film, Jolie and Pitt played married assassins. The couple fell in love while shooting the movie… I hope Henderson is not looking to make any mistakes like Pitt

One must be imagining a big bouquet of red roses and some sparkling smooth red wine for Brad’s Valentine’s Day present for his girlfriend … But surprisingly… no roses or wine. Brad’s gonna make Angie feel special on the V’day by making sure that he keeps the three kids out of Jolie’s hair… and give her a day of peace.

If not anything else… there are two things that keep Jolie hooked to Pitt… his killer looks and his fatherhood skills. She was all praises for Brad as a father.

She said, “Brad woke up early one morning and let me sleep, so I could rest… I wanted to find somebody who was a great father.”

And there she is with a man who is a dedicated family man and a super-dad. She has found more than what she ever wanted… No wonder Jolie’s mom so wanted her to get married to him at the earliest… unfortunately she isn’t alive today to see that

Angelina Jolie’s mother Marcheline Bertrand’s last documentary that she executive produced before she died, is going to be released as a tribute to her.

‘Trudell’ centers on the lifestory of Native American poet and activist John Trudell, who is famous for burning an American Flag on the steps of the FBI headquarters in Washington, DC, while protesting the US government’s policy on American Indians in 1979.
Shortly after the protest, Trudell’s pregnant wife and three children were suspiciously killed in an arson fire on a Nevada reservation. Trudell then went on to spend the next four years driving across America attempting to perfect his craft as a poet.

The activist released a protest album with fellow protester Jackson Browne in 1983, which won critical acclaim at the Sundance Film Festival.

The film features interviews and tributes from Val Kilmer, Robert Redford and Kris Kristofferson, among others.

Looks like the Mother Earth’s maternity thirsts are unquenchable as she has decided to have a few kids. Though she is not rumored to have been pregnant… but she certainly wants to.

Jolie revealed they are planning a “Big 2007”, adding: “We want more children. We want to live abroad more and do different things, whatever comes along.”

Angelina Jolie’s arch-rival, Brad Pitt’s ex-wife would soon be following Jolie’s footsteps… Nope she ain’t gonna steal other women’s husbands like Jolie but she is looking forward to adopt kids to become a mother soon.

Jen wanted to become a mother, so she confided in her best friend Courteney Cox. One of Jen’s close friends reveals,

“Jen’s like a second mom to Courteney’s little girl, Coco,” says a friend hers, “and she started telling Courteney about her fears that she’d never have a child of her own. She was depressed and feeling sorry for herself.”

Courteney’s response, says the friend:

“She told Jen, ‘Snap out of it! If you want a baby that badly, adopt. It worked for your ex-husband’s girlfriend!’ She didn’t intend to be mean, but she was sick of hearing it.”

After Jen’s shock wore off, she realized Courteney was right! Says the friend, “Jen started reasoning with herself that if Angelina Jolie could pull it off, why couldn’t she?”

Jennifer Aniston’s rep has also confirmed the rumors saying, “Jen’s not adopting right now”, her rep insists, before adding, “she doesn’t rule out the possibility in the future.” But according to the pal, “It could be weeks, not months, before Jen becomes a mother. She’s meeting with adoption lawyers, and she’s telling everyone to get ready - it’s going to happen soon!”

Looks like Mother Earth has a positive influence on Jen… what if Jen steals Brad back from Jolie and gives her a taste of her own medicine… that will
be fun to see!

Jessica Simpson literally ‘admires’ Angelina Jolie and she has gone all public with her admiration. Nope not on stealing other women’s husbands but she is in awe of Jolie for popularizing adoption and bring social responsibility in vogue.

She says, “I want to adopt before I actually have my own kids. I want three kids - but I don’t know if I can give birth three times. I’ll have to see how much pain is involved first time round!”

Simpson also appreciated Jolie for increasing public awareness about adoption saying

“I think Angelina Jolie has done amazing things. The international adoption rate has skyrocketed.”

Simpson has also said that Angelina Jolie’s adoption of Maddox and Zahara has inspired her to do the same. I hope her adoption of Brad Pitt doesn’t inspire her to do the same

Mother Earth and her keep are reportedly planning to make a shift from America and settle down in Germany. Since Angelina Jolie couldn’t bear to be away from her mother for too long, she preferred to stay in America, but now that she is no more, Brangelina plan to move to Europe permanently by buying an apartment in Berlin, Germany.

The couple has been regular visitors to the German capital and has now taken ownership of a luxury 6,500 square-foot attic flat in what used to be East Berlin, according to the German edition of Vanity Fair.

Apparently Jolie wants to bring her children up away from the Hollywood.

Angelina Jolie is not being able to cope with the grief of her mother’s death. She is reportedly refusing to eat. People were sort of shocked when they saw curvy Jolie looking frail at the Golden Globes.

“She’s rail thin,” says a close source. You’re afraid to hug her because she might break.” Jolie is estimated to carry just 118 lbs on her 5′7″ frame, while 140 pounds is the norm for her height.

However other sources say there is nothing of this sort and Jolie wasn’t really a foodie even before her mom’s death.

“Angie doesn’t seem to have a healthy appetite…When she’s depressed or stressed, its worse.”

Apparently Brad is extremely worried about her weightloss…

“He’s worried. He tries to plan meals, but she doesn’t seem interested.”
